He had his industrial training in seismic interpretation at the exploration department of MOBIL PRODUCING NIGERIA UNLIMITED, Lagos state of Nigeria..
It is note-worthy that Jolayemi had no formal training in music but has successfully developed the talent by a dint of hardwork,dedication,and association with colleagues in the industry. .
HE IS SPECIALISED IN CHRISTIAN SONG WRITING, COMPOSING AND SINGING, WITH OVER HUNDRED STANDARD SONGS AS INFLUENCED BY GOD THROUGH HIS SON, JESUS CHRIST.HIS ROLE MODELS ARE PEOPLE THAT SING BEAUTIFUL AND SELF-COMPOSED SONGS.
APART FROM GEOLOGY AND MUSIC, FRANCIS SUNDAY ALSO PARTICIPATES IN SPORTS.FOR INSTANCE, HE SUCCESSFULLY PARTICIPATED IN SPORTS BOTH AT LOCAL AND STATE LEVELS DURING HIS HIGHER SCHOOL DAYS.HE WAS THE SPORTS DIRECTOR AT LAGELU GRAMMAR SCHOOL, OYO STATE OF NIGERIA..
